Terrene Urban, CES Properties, and Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty celebrated the construction groundbreaking for the biggest for-sale new condominium development in Kirkland in more than 10 years—JADE Residences. Leaders of Terrene Urban Wade Metz and Mike Walsh were joined by Ed Springman and Bill Wagner, project equity partners of CES Properties, along with RSIR Founder and CEO Dean Jones and RSIR Vice President of Sales Matt Vandamm as they planted the first golden shovels into the construction site that will soon boast 135 condominium homes. Also present to the event were Diane Keys and Jeff Williams of Johnson Braund Architects and Melinda Sechrist, Pooja Jain, and Carol Miglorie of the award-winning Sechrist Design Associates.
