DaBaby is being sued for allegedly slapping a female fan in the face when he was at a Tampa Bay show last week.
The woman purported to be the victim in this case is said to have been Tyronesha Laws, who is currently opening a lawsuit against the “Suge” rapper for battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and other damages.
In a statement to Billboard, Laws’ attorneys Matt Morgan and Chelsea Cromer said, “Morgan & Morgan has filed a formal lawsuit against DaBaby relating to the incident in Tampa.

Daby’s Concert Was Canceled Due to Low Ticket Sale
There has been report that the DaBaby’s New Orleans concert was reportedly cancelled due to low ticket sales.
On Tuesday (30 August), the Ticketmaster listing for the 30-year-old rapper’s show was deactivated. “Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event,” a message on the website reads.
According to the popular website, Nola.com, not more than 500 people bought tickets to the concert, which was supposed to take place on 2 September at the Smoothie King Centre arena, and has a capacity of 14,000. The price of the tickets started at $35 (£30).
